Bio

Alicia Mobley was announced as the 3rd head coach in the Schoolcraft softball program's history on July 30, 2025.

Mobley, a former softball player at Adrian College, has made multiple stops, at numerous levels, in her 26 years of coaching. While at Adrian, she was named a 2x MVP and a team captain.

Coach Mobley would begin her college coaching career in 2003 as she was named an assistant softball coach at Southeastern Louisiana University. While with the Lady Lions, Mobley focused her time with the pitchers where she stressed pitch development, strength and conditioning, and arm care.

Following a move back to Michigan, Mobley would do extensive work in the private training sector of softball, including running her own facilities. In 2021, she was named the softball director at the Legacy Sports Center where she is in charge on 21 teams in the highly touted Tennessee Mojo organization while also being a board member.

In the coaching ranks, Mobley’s last 2 stops have been at the high school level. Mobley spent 7 years at Jackson Northwest High School where she would accumulate a 196-57 record. Following her time at Jackson Northwest, Mobley would move closer to Legacy and spend the last 2 season as the head coach at Brighton High School.

Mobley looks to continue the softball program in the right direction which has seen the Ocelots qualify for the playoffs 2 consecutive years.
