Ocelots Fall To 0-1 In MCCAA Play

LIVONIA, MI – The Ocelots volleyball team began MCCAA play hosting the Skippers from St. Clair County Community College.

The Ocelots opened up conference play with a team they have not had much luck with in recent years. Entering the 3^rd set of the match, Schoolcraft would themselves down 2-0. A dominant performance in the 3^rd set would fid the Ocelots on top by a score of 25-10. The 3^rd set win would mark the 1^st set Schoolcraft has taken from the Skippers in 5 years. St. Clair would take the 4^th set 25-14 to push Schoolcraft to 0-1 in conference play.

Hayden Brose led the way with 12 kills while Analiese Flint and Lillian Ribbens would both tie for 2^nd  on the team with 8. Breanna Diktarewicz would lead the team with 12 digs while Lillian Kaczynski would follow up with 9.

The Ocelots return to the court on Wednesday for another MCCAA match on the road at Macomb Community College.
