GAME HIGHLIGHTS (SEVEN INNINGS)

  • Schoolcraft would jump out to an early lead, 3-0after the top of the 2nd, as the Ocelots would score on 2 SC4 errors and a fielder's choice.
  • St. Clair would answer back in the bottom of the 2nd as the Skippers would bring a run home on a single and another run home on a sacrifice fly.
  • A run in the top of the 4th, a Braylon Schroer sacrifice fly, and a run in the top of the 5th, a Shane Carnes sacrifice fly, would see the Ocelots extend their lead back to 3 runs.
  • St. Clair would cut into the Ocelot lead with a run in the bottom of the 6th before the Skippers would score 3 times in the bottom of the 7th to walk off the Ocelots.

GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS (SIX INNINGS)

  • It would take until the 2nd inning for scoring to happen, but Schoolcraft would jump out with 4 runs in the top of the 2nd as Juan Suarez, Kevin Cruz and Braylon Schroeder would bring home runs and the 4th run coming home on a base-running play.
  • SC4 would cut the lead in half with a 2-run single in the bottom of the 4th.
  • The Ocelots would immediately get those 2-run back, plus some, as 5 runs would come home in the top of the 5th with 2 coming home on a balk, Noah McCann logging a single and Cruz bringing 2 home on a single.
  • Schoolcraft would explode for 8 runs in the top of the 6th on only 3 hits with the Skippers walking 4 runs home, 1 coming in on an error, 1 coming home on a ground out and an RBI single from Mendez.
